“Shasta, First, we want to thank you for being an excellent communicator due to the pandemic and having to change our date 3 times. You made everything happen for us and really took so much stress away. After we had to move our July date you didn’t give up on us and stayed in communication and that really helped our decision making process to just come to Maui when we were first allowed and get this going. I appreciate you keeping us informed on what was going on with the island all during the summer. Super helpful and made us get on top of things to get the quarantine waiver in place with the State of Hawaii; we were some of the most prepared on that first day of tourism back on the island and although there was an expected wait we really did breeze through and get to our rental in Kihei. We also appreciate the communication to get the State of Hawaii marriage license going on the web and then walking through it via a zoom meeting with Cynthia. Thank you for the phone call when we got to the island to finalize the beach details.

Every vendor that you used was exceptional, from the hair stylist to the officiant to the photographer. Everyone was prompt and professional and made everything go so smoothly. Special shout out to Joe who was an amazing officiant. We never met him beforehand and it was like he had been with us from the start. It really did make the day on the beach perfect. The beach was also just exceptional. What a location, rocks and beautiful beach at sunset was the perfect way to go. We continue to go over the photos from Frank and there were just so many good ones to choose from. It will probably take us a bit. Finally, having us check out the location a day in advance was perfect, we got to take the last bit of stress out of our day. We were ready and everything just went without a hitch and we will always remember the experience.

If I ever know anyone going to Hawaii to get married I will definitely be pointing them your way. You really did make it go smoothly, which when you are doing a destination wedding that is 100% needed. The only thing we wish we could have done more of was coordinate more on activities before and after the wedding. Unfortunately with COVID that was impossible with many things closed, however, the experience was once in a lifetime. Low crowds and perfect weather and a stress free environment. You were kind enough to make our appointment with the licensing agent and then we were able to relax until the big day and that was AWESOME! You recommended a fantastic location-it was perfect! Right on the beach with very few people. Private. It was exactly what we had in mind! Reverend Joe was fantastic! He seems to really love what he does & it showed so much in his ceremony. It felt authentic and really personalized just for us. “Aloha Shasta, Our Vow Renewal ceremony was as, my daughter in-law described it, magical! I had thought of doing the ceremony at Napili Bay as that was where we were staying and it looked like a nice location, but after the weather was looking dreary, Carrll, our minister, suggested Baby Beach on account of the weather. We made the decision to change it the day of the ceremony. It was perfect with calm water and a beautiful backdrop!
Carrll was amazing also with contacting me and keeping me up to date with what would be happening. His ceremony was perfect and spent plenty of time taking pictures afterwards. We can’t wait to see the photos.

“Hi Shasta, We wanted to sit down and write you a lovely letter about how wonderful our wedding turned out thanks to you!

Our wedding turned out perfect, just the way we wanted it! The whole purpose of going all the way to Hawaii was to have blue water in our pictures. I asked you for recommendations for blue water, low wind, and as tranquil a setting as possible. Your recommendations worked out perfectly! We had blue skies, and blue water. Makena cove was peaceful, and being the first wedding of the day ensured that. We saw a sunset wedding at the state park next to our condos and it was not tranquil at all! We felt sorry for the couple. The crowd at the beach was so rowdy and loud, and so close to the couple. When we saw that we both were singing your praises.

Rev Joe was wonderful! We are so fond of him. He delivered such a beautiful ceremony, and made us feel so comfortable while adding the Hawaiian touches. We are so happy that he is the one who married us. Knowing what we know now, we wouldn’t have wanted it to be anyone else. Thank you so much! And Frank made it so the photography and the ceremony went together seamlessly. We love the pictures we have seen on his website, and are about to buy our photography packages.
